Opening this as a draft for feedback, Expert PK and LH are complete. I'm not 100% sure about the pitches for the chords near the end.

extend sustains at M16.2, 17, 34.4.5, 35.4.5, 36.4.5, 38.4.5, 56.4.5, 57.4.5, 58.4.5,
pretty much every final chord of the repeated piano riff

i hear possible missing chords at M25, 38.2, 39.2, 42.3.75, 56.2, also a missing G3 note at around M55.4.25

move the start of the note at M45.4.9 right to M46

check the part at M53-M55, it sounds like the single E3 notes should move left by 1/8th

for the outro, the one note that sounds out of place to me is the G#2 at 110.4, I'd change it to an A

hopefully this helps, the guitar in the stem definitely makes some parts hard to make out, but it plays really well in-game and the midi sounds mostly good and accurate
