The collection includes three character packs, six persona archetypes, and a gallery of finished Buddy packs with downloadable previews. Six additional Buddy authoring scaffolds are labelled separately. 70 original and attributed skills and adaptations from Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenClaw, Hermes, Trail of Bits, Corey Haines, Matt Pocock, K-Dense and Chatbook contributors are also available. Prompts, chatdictionaries, and chatbooks are ready for contributions.

Give the agent INSTALL.md. It maps names through the skill catalog and uses Chatbook’s built-in installer or existing Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw and ClawHub tools. It installs only the requested bundles and verifies the result. Chatbook retains its own installation confirmation and trust-review flow.
Open an item's README for its files, requirements, tested app versions, and import instructions. Compatibility is recorded per item: inclusion here does not imply support in both applications.
You can save individual files from GitHub. For packs with several files, use a sparse checkout to retrieve one directory without downloading every pack:

git sparse-checkout set character-packs/<pack-name>Keep each pack's directory structure intact. Follow its documented import steps; downloading a skill does not install or run it. Updates are opt-in: review changes before replacing content you have customized.
See CONTRIBUTING.md and copy the content README template into a new item directory. Keep native app formats, include small previews where useful, and document provenance, licensing, and a tested import path.
Large optional assets should have versioned release downloads with checksums; the contribution guide explains how to keep the source tree small.
This repository is an optional content reference. It has no application runtime, package dependency or automatic content installation. Requested installations use the existing host tools described in INSTALL.md. Application behavior and bundled defaults remain controlled by the application repositories. Existing built-in content is not moved or removed by creating this collection.
Repository-authored documentation and original contributions use Apache-2.0, unless a file or pack states different terms. See LICENSE. Every content item must identify its license and source; third-party material retains its own license and attribution. Consult the item's README and included license files before reusing its assets.
Default Buddy packs and character images are excluded from the Apache default. Existing AGPL, GPL, and supplied-art notices remain in effect. See the license scope map for the specific terms and full license texts.
