Width, foreground or background color, Inside, Center or Outside, and opacity, as in Photoshop; on a mask it paints black or white. Only the tiles the line passes through are touched, so a thin stroke round a large selection costs about what the line covers, and the selection's coverage isn't drawn since the stroke isn't clipped to it. Closes robbietilton#177.
