Peterborough's report.peterborough.gov.uk/waste page was failing two ways: the site now returns a challenge page to headless Chrome unless a realistic user_agent is set, and the bin panels have been renamed from
waste-service-wrappertowaste-service-grid.Both are one-line fixes. Tested against a Peterborough address on 2026-04-06.
