Stirling uses Recollect for their bin collection schedules, so we can hit the Recollect customer API directly instead of driving a browser.
The flow is: geocode the address to a place_id, then fetch the schedule JSON from the /services/{place_id}/events endpoint. Much more reliable than Selenium against the council's own page and no webdriver needed.
Tested with an EH postcode in Stirling.
