I'm submitting this PR because I needed a way to stop propagation of touch events from another component to the vue-card-stack. It was easier to add
dragEnabledthan to stop propagation in my child component (mercs600/vue2-perfect-scrollbar). More performant solution may be to add/remove listeners as needed?
