Refresh the Trellis-owned docs/rules/ to the 0.4.1 plugin via /trellis-update. guidelines.md gains a "Repo structure" section (every repo ships LICENSE/README/CONTRIBUTING; standard README layout incl. a "What's new" section). language.md and the AGENTS.md Trellis block are unchanged.
