First Spectra release cut through the adopted Trellis plugin-release pipeline. Bumps VERSION + all seven manifests to 1.0.3 via scripts/bump-version.sh and adds docs/releases/1.0.3.md. On merge, CI -> release.yml tags + publishes 1.0.3, then whats-new.yml refreshes the README headline - all automatically. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
