- Marks R1–R4 as done, E1+E3 as done, and RFC-002a as merged; adds new “code review skill” status entry.
- Updates verification checklist and expands the backlog structure (distribution, demo content, examples, README polish, engineering follow-ups).
- Adds an Appendix A UI/UX backlog and verification checklist.
