Rewrites the README for someone who doesn't know the JSContact and vCard RFCs.

  • Why JSContact? What vCard and JSContact are, and what the library is for.
  • Quick start: a vCard 3.0 converted to JSON, with the real output.
  • The model: how to read a Card, and what differs from vCard (id maps, contexts/features instead of TYPE, vCardProps/vCardParams).
  • Issues and strict mode: one table for the four decoders and encoders, which also documents VCardDecoder(strict: true) and VCardEncoder(validate: false).
  • Dialects and localizations: context before the code, and a shorter dialect table.
  • How it works: an RFC → library map, the principles and the identifier rules, moved after the usage.

The README snippets were run against the current code.

Explain what JSContact is and why to use it, start with an end-to-end
vCard to JSON example, introduce the model and its surprises (id maps,
contexts, vCardProps), gather issues and strict modes in one table,
give context for dialects and localizations, and move the RFC map and
the principles to a "How it works" section.
