Automatic worker→parent flow is metadata-only: dock/widget updates stay, but ready/blocked events never inject summaries into the parent transcript. Legacy autoEmbedSummary config is ignored.
Ready cards now show Evidence → Worker says → Actions, with r opening a zero-context Report that returns to the same unresolved verdict. docket_done keeps structured recommendations separate from summary; attach moves to a secondary debug action in the worker lens.
Lead README, package description, primary help, and reference docs with spawn → watch → verdict → Report. Keep focused scout/patcher examples and treat evidence bundles as supporting infrastructure.
After rebasing onto the keymap footer formatter, "Hunk review" can wrap across lines at the card width used in the unit test.
