Superseded by #831, which bumps grpc to v1.83.2 across all six authbridge modules — including cmd/authbridge-envoy/go.mod and go.sum, which is the entire content of this PR. Closing to avoid a redundant merge and an extra rebase cycle on the other Go module PRs.
