Summary

Completes TargetIntel-IO Issue 512 and closes the v0.5.0 DepMap Public 26Q1 publication workflow.

  • Publishes the sanitized, portable DepMap Public 26Q1 evidence bundle.
  • Adds release inventories, provenance metadata, checksums and reproducibility records.
  • Wires real dependency evidence into Markdown target cards and HTML reports.
  • Publishes 331 target cards and 331 target HTML pages.
  • Adds the visible DepMap discovery overlay.
  • Restores the authoritative antibody/IO, biomarker and small-molecule baseline rankings.
  • Keeps the deterministic 300-target baseline authoritative.
  • Keeps DepMap as an optional post-ranking research-preview layer requiring human review.
  • Defers single-cell evidence to v0.6.0.

Validation

  • Claude independent review: APPROVE
  • AGY adversarial audit: COMPLETED
  • Final test exit code: 0
  • Full suite: 775 passed
  • Publication regression suites passed
  • git diff --check passed
  • Local-path and TSV whitespace validation passed

Scientific boundaries

DepMap cell-line dependency is not interpreted as clinical anti-PD-1 response evidence. Lack of tumor-cell dependency does not invalidate immune targets, and discovery-only identities are not promoted into the productive baseline.

Closes #74

Publish the sanitized real DepMap Public 26Q1 evidence bundle and integrate it into the v0.5.0 reporting workflow.

Add portable release loading, reproducibility metadata, checksums, inventories, 331 Markdown cards, 331 HTML reports, the discovery overlay, and authoritative three-intent baseline rankings.

Preserve the deterministic 300-target baseline and keep DepMap as an optional post-ranking research-preview evidence layer requiring human review.

Closes #74.
