Pin biome version to fix the schema warning:

Biome >= 2.0.1 still have some bugs, such as:
- 🐛 schema.json missing for 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 biomejs/biome#6448
- 🐛 2.0.1 @biomejs/cli-linux-x64 broken? biomejs/biome#6435
