Update RTI images to 7.7.0 and add namespace overlays

Summary

• update all RTI Docker images to the uniform published 7.7.0 tag
• add configurable rti-examples Kustomize overlays for every example
• preserve separate single and HA unicast configurations, and document raw-manifest deployment

Validation

• shell syntax checks for integration and performance scripts
• Kustomize rendering and namespace assertions for all overlays
• offline YAML parsing and version-reference checks
