The R2 sync failed on the old CLI. 4.112.0 rather than 4.114.0 (the current `latest`) because npm here runs with a `before=2026-07-21` cutoff, which makes anything newer resolve as ETARGET. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
