Adds an experimental company-scale governance lab on top of QuietHarness without changing the Core.
Included:
opc.pylint/status/verify/failover CLIValidation:
./scripts/verify.sh: PASSOPC Lab: successPublic boundary: synthetic protocols and fixtures only. No live business tasks, production topology, account bindings, credentials, trading alpha, or exact quota routing.
No sales CTA. No standalone OPC repository. The root QuietHarness README remains intentionally unchanged for now so the stable Core is not repositioned around an experimental lab before external adoption evidence exists.
