openclaw.json config stale for OpenClaw v2026.9.3

The `openclaw doctor` command modified our generated config, which means the config template is out of date.

Action needed:

1. Run `node scripts/validate-openclaw-config.mjs` locally with OpenClaw v2026.9.3
2. Update `site/src/lib/openclaw-config.ts` (shared config generator)
3. Update `scripts/entrypoint-unified.sh` (Docker config) if needed
4. Re-run validation to confirm
