Those targets can now be rustup installed from nightly, instead of using build-std. This will make CI faster (and we'd be testing Rust project outputs).
In less than 12 weeks we'll be able to do those targets on stable. But still not thumbv4t*, or thumbv5te* or thumbv6*.
