Please provide arm64 (aarch64) bootstrap for rust-nightly for FreeBSD

On the arm64 platform rust-nightly is missing and a lot of dependent ports can't be compiled.
As a result a lot of important packages are missing on arm64, like llama-cpp.

aarch64-unknown-freebsd is a tier 2 target with host tools, so rustup should work just fine. If you mean an arm64 FreeBSD port for rust, you will have to ask the respective FreeBSD maintainers. We are not responsible for downstream packaging of rust.

The port has a comment that it only supports amd64 because the upstream only provides the FreeBSD binary bootstrap for amd64, and not for any other architecture.

arm64 FreeBSD got moved to tier 2 a couple of months ago, so that comment is probably just outdated. #154265
