Replace ~71 prose em dashes with colons/commas/periods across all docs. Fixes two accuracy issues found during the sweep: STARTTLS docs now consistently state that setting only one of cert/key fails startup (verified against
build_smtp_tls_config); armv7 docs now correctly state all three Linux arches ship both glibc and musl builds (verified againstrelease.ymlmatrix). Also rewritesui/README.mdfrom the stock Solid/Vite starter template (which referenced npm/yarn) to document the actual pnpm + Vite proxy workflow. Intentional| — |table placeholders (no-default markers in cli-flags, cli-assert, github-action, docker) are unchanged.
