WiserWeb

This is WiserWeb, a Java implementation of mailcatcher (http://mailcatcher.me), a webapplication to test sending mail. WiserWeb serves both as an SMPT (simple mail protocol) server, that receives mail, and a webapplication, that allows one to inspect the mail received.
