- Add Failure Learning section to README.md (Feature 029)
- Update GETTING_STARTED.md with PRD schema v2.0 examples
- Add comprehensive PRD Schema v2.0 guide to GETTING_STARTED.md
- Update QUICK_REFERENCE.md with all configuration options
- Add complete PRD Schema v2.0 reference to QUICK_REFERENCE.md
- Document quality gates, test requirements, and TDD workflow
- Replace outdated v1.0 PRD examples with current v2.0 schema
