Portable Manual Liquid Filling Machine

A compact, affordable, and precise liquid filling solution for lab, field, and small-batch industrial use.

Overview

Current liquid filling methods such as funnels, syringes, and pipettes are often slow, inconsistent, and prone to spills. While large-scale filling machines address these shortcomings, they are expensive and impractical for portable use. The Portable Manual Liquid Filling Machine bridges this gap, combining efficiency, precision, affordability, and mobility into a single compact, handheld device suited for laboratory, field, and small-batch industrial applications.


How It Works

1. Fill     →  Remove top fill cap, pour liquid into chamber, replace cap
2. Position →  Place container under nozzle; use side handle for stability
3. Dispense →  Push plunger to release liquid through nozzle
4. Clean    →  Disassemble, rinse, and dry all parts after use

Safety & Maintenance
