chore: cache Zig toolchain in CodSpeed AOT benchmark jobs

Adds the Zig toolchain caching pattern from ci.yml (extract ZIG_VERSION from ryo-backend/src/toolchain.rs, actions/cache@v6 on ~/.ryo/toolchain, conditional toolchain install on cache miss) to the two CodSpeed jobs that run ryo build: aot-benchmarks and aot-benchmarks-memory.

The frontend-benchmarks/backend-benchmarks simulation jobs never link Ryo binaries, so they don't need Zig and are left unchanged.
