- H-02: スコープ言明を「順序 1〜2（Gap analysis + Shadow）まで」に統一、順序 3 Historical paired replay を Out of scope に明記
- G-12: WHY 語彙の実測是正（tool_error は 9 ファイル 38 箇所実在・tool-error-taxonomy.md 整合を C-3 論点化）
- G-15: candidate 最低項目に created_at 追記（issue 20 項目に一致）
- H-04: harness-evolution-cycle.md に 6-stage 対応表を含むと明記
- H-05/H-06: C-3 論点に enum 拡張ポリシー・#874 配置確定順序を追加
