Summary
Upgrades the deployed fab-kit from 2.13.x to 2.15.3 and applies the pending version migrations (2.13.6→2.14.0, 2.14.0→2.15.0, 2.15.1→2.15.2). The migrations removed the now-dead
.fab-runtime.yamlfiles across all worktrees, andfab/.fab-versionis now un-ignored and committed so fresh worktrees, clones, and CI have a version source.fab/project/config.yamlpicks up the regenerated kit-2.15.3 reference fence, andfab/.kit-migration-versionadvances to 2.15.2.
