Set up the initial FastAPI backend scaffold for the Virtual Try-On System, including API routes, database, storage, Celery tasks, and Dockerization.
This PR establishes the core API contracts, data models, local/S3 storage integration, JWT authentication, and asynchronous processing infrastructure, laying the foundation for the AI inference pipeline.
