Lets you run programs made with GM in different modes:
- Debug Output: Creates a debug log in the game folder (redirects debug messages)
- Mute game: Mutes all gamesounds
- Force Windowed mode: Does what it says
- VanillaGFX: Ignores driver manufacturer checking
