Refine BaiOS front door and Workbench design

BaiOS already has a substantial Workbench, but the entrance hides its detail until hover and much of the interface uses very small type. This redesign makes the public entrance clear and carries a readable, consistent visual system through the desktop and its tools.

• Recompose the front page around a three-line statement, visible Workbench entrance, and larger identity and contact links.
• Add direct Build / Field / Notes navigation, relevant empty-workspace actions, and a shared set of original app and window-control icons.
• Quiet the desktop background; refine window chrome, the dock, Atlas, search, and application typography. Add container layouts for narrower content windows and widen Archive navigation for readable labels.
• Give new content windows more room while preserving valid saved geometry, local files, session schemas, and existing tool behavior.
• Bundle Archivo and Azeret Mono locally with their OFL notices. Add a small development CLI compatibility wrapper and allow the preview host in development.
• Update the design and product documentation to match.

Validation: production build and TypeScript pass; all 67 existing tests pass; ESLint passes for changed application components and configuration. Browser checks covered Workbench launch, workspace switching, Vector, Archive, keyboard resizing, Atlas, system search, and Cobalt/Oxide/Graphite themes. Archive was checked at roughly 408px wide with no horizontal content overflow.
