The pitch-arc reorder put the Section II MediaRow inside the locked 460px teaser clip.
.media-row-wrappercarriesz-index: 20(globals.css) and the gate scrim overlay had no z-index, so the photo row painted over the scrim and the email form in the locked state (visible in incognito on production). Scrim is nowz-30.Tests 77/77.
