Add an email policy for the kexec@lists.infradead.org mailing list that will send reviews (positive and negative) as replies to the author, cc the mailing list, and also cc individuals. Signed-off-by: David Matlack <dmatlack@google.com>

I updated the PR to add cc_individuals for folks that aren't subbed to kexec@. I didn't get any other pushback from kexec@ maintainers so let's proceed with this. |
