Report ZEROS003 and ZEROS004 on property type location - #84

Updates ZeroSerializerGenerator to report ZEROS003 and ZEROS004 diagnostics on the property type location instead of the property identifier. Adjusts diagnostic test cases in DiagnosticTests.cs accordingly.
