OrgaMapper v2.0.0

Improvements of the image analysis workflow with new features and further analysis:

• Loading of segmentations and detections by other tools.
• Distance and intensity profile measurements from the plasma membrane edge.
• Single cell segmentation based on plasma membrane stain.
• Analysis of radial distribution of organelles.
