This commit replaces the outdated
uipickfiles.m(version 1.15 from March 2012) with a current version (1.25, August 2025) from MATLAB file exchange (and adds missing license document): https://se.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/10867-uipickfiles-uigetfile-on-steroids/Note that the updated version assumes the availability of certain extended characters (eg, a fancy folder icon). These may not be available on all platforms (and by this I mean: I see tiny rectangles instead of nice folders on my old linux system, but it's still a decided improvement since the folder names now fit in the box!)
