- Replace the static hero screenshot with an animated demo GIF (Claude
working in a sandbox, watched live from the dashboard).
- Remove the "(spoiler: use a local Claude, not Corral-on-Corral)"
parenthetical from the For-developers blurb. The full guidance still
lives in docs/developers.md ("Closing the loop").
