docs(readme): re-render demo GIF crisp (960px, lossless) - #391

The previous demo GIF was downscaled to 640x288 — soft/blurry text, and it upscaled in the README. Re-encode from the 1920x866 original with gifsicle: high-quality lanczos3 resize to 960px wide (>= the README display width, so no upscaling) plus lossless -O3 frame optimization.
