Adds CSV Cleaner (Text Dedupe) - a free, client-side
CSV cleaning tool that trims cell whitespace, removes fully empty rows, and dedupes duplicate rows.
No upload, all processing happens in the browser.
Follows the existing Category,Name,URL,Description format in awesomecsv.csv.
