Description
This PR adds CSV to JSON Converter, a browser-based CSV toolkit for converting CSV to JSON and JSON to CSV.
It also includes additional CSV utilities such as validation, formatting, cleaning, splitting, and sorting, all processed locally in the browser without uploading files.
I believe it fits well within the existing CSV <-> JSON section.
