Adds csv-cleanroom, a zero-dependency Node.js CLI for merging, deduplicating, validating, enriching, and reconciling CSV files. The linked repository includes an MIT license, tests (including a 50,000-row boundary case), deterministic example outputs, and CI.\n\nOnly the Repair or Validate CSV list is changed.
