Adds CSV SafeCheck to Repair or Validate CSV. It is a free browser-local checker for a documented subset of current Shopify product CSV issues. Selected files stay on-device; findings include exact row and column locations; the only automatic repair in v0.1.0 is deterministic header-edge whitespace trimming. This is Shopify-specific and distinct from the general structural CSV Preflight proposed in #86. The hosted checker and offline release are maintained by ReconcileKit, the submitting account.
