Project-wide rebrand to Secure Agentic Framework (SAF). Renames brand tokens in content (SAF-MCP, SAF-K8S, SAF-T/SAF-M IDs, SAF-UC use-case IDs, SAF-AUCA project name), updates the org reference safe-agentic-framework → secure-agentic-framework, renames 33 use-case directories SAFE-UC-XXXX → SAF-UC-XXXX, and updates derived code identifiers (SAF_UC_ID, saf_uc_id, safUcId, saf-claim-bot, ID validation regexes).
