Add automatic four-side display rotation

Summary

• add debounced QMI8658 orientation sensing for all four device sides
• rotate display rendering and touch coordinates together, including software landscape mapping for the CO5300 panel
• use a responsive landscape layout with shorter album art and side-by-side playback metadata
• redraw active UI state after rotation and document the hardware behavior and physical test matrix

Validation

• python3 tools/check_repository.py
• pio run with PlatformIO 6.1.19
• four-orientation coordinate transform and inverse touch mapping checks
• portrait and landscape layout bounds checks

Physical testing

Not flashed in this change. The four-side orientation, touch-target, panel-edge, and rotation-latency checks remain to be completed on the device using docs/TESTING.md.
