Completed: PR #168 merged at 3c261d6 after exact-head independent Validator approval, hosted matrix and four local OneDev gates. 701 tests passed, 6 optional skipped; 10 new regressions prove caller queue preservation and logger persistence. Installed merged runtime with exact procache f1548ef; CLI, inbound lifecycle, retry ownership and installed TicketLogger canaries passed. No historical sample queue entries were removed.
