[ticket-004] build: remove pfix auto-repair configuration

pfix was configured here with auto_apply = true, auto_install_deps = true and create_backups = false. Its automatic repairs overwrote development changes, so the project owner asked to remove pfix from Semcod projects.

• Removes [tool.pfix] and every pfix requirement from: pyproject.toml.
• pfix was a runtime dependency: yes. No source file imports it.
• uv.lock regenerated with uv 0.12.13; no other package version changed.
