pgstrap generatedefault to PGlite sodb:generateruns without a Postgres server, with--no-pgliteas an explicit opt-out for external databases. The temporary gateway server and PGlite instance are now closed andDATABASE_URLrestored in a finally block. Adds coverage for the new default.@algora-pbc /claim #2
