Updated Minecraft and loader versions, modified dependencies, and adjusted mod version.
Updated README to reflect porting to version 26.1.
Register a new Tag for XP storage items and add Crystallized Lapis and XP Book Upgrade to the tab.

Removed the deprecated books from the creative menu aswell as added all levels of upgrades to the creative menu, and added a proper creative tag for all the items! |

did one final thing, fixed configs they now can be changed live and it uses fzzy config! |

went and whipped this up last night cuz i love the mod and wanted it on 26.1! sorry for reformatting a lot of the mod but its a pain to port up to 26.1 without doing so!
