Summary
This PR addresses a mass assignment vulnerability (CWE-915) in the
TabStateView.put()endpoint of SQL Lab.Previously, the endpoint would update any provided field on the
TabStatemodel from the request form, allowing an authenticated user to transfer tab ownership (user_id) or modify unauthorized fields likedatabase_id.Changes:
ALLOWED_UPDATE_FIELDSinTabStateViewcontaining an explicit allowlist of updateable fields.put()to filter incoming form data against this allowlist.test_put_tab_state_mass_assignmentto verify the protection.
