Tether-ADB-<version>-x64-setup.exe). - Run it. It installs per-user (no admin required) and adds a desktop shortcut plus a searchable Start-menu entry.
- Launch Tether ADB and connect a device.
Windows SmartScreen: the installer isn't code-signed yet, so Windows may show a "Windows protected your PC" prompt. Click More info → Run anyway.
Requirements: Windows 10/11 (64-bit). adb and scrcpy are bundled — you
don't need the Android SDK. For wireless features, enable Wireless debugging
in your phone's Developer options.
Screen mirroring uses the bundled scrcpy. No separate install needed.
