Reviewed all three commit messages, changes across 15 web files, relevant call paths, and accepted CI/release controls. No new analytics or diagnostic exports found. All 71 overlay replacements apply exactly once against the pinned source. Existing export protections and local diagnostics remain intact; no patches need updating or retiring. Tests were not run. Upstream: c14f601
